Students must register for their Physical Education course during their assigned Registration window. Please contact your adviser or the Registrar's office with any questions.
Advanced Courses are individualized workout programs designed for the advanced exerciser.
This course is an individual training course for students who already have a regular workout program. Students are expected to workout a minimum of 2 hours per week on non-consecutive days which includes cardiovascular, strength, core and flexibility training.
Students must pass pre-tests for admittance by the first day of class. The pre-test will take place in Dec and/or Jan. and includes: 3 minute Step test, 1.5 mile run, timed pushup/crunch/plank and 1RM strength tests. Students must pass all areas of the test for admittance into the course.
