One Price allows you to attend any class for the entire semester.

Classes are multi-leveled. Late policy - 5 minutes.

SCHEDULE TBA COMING SOON
SCULPT: Muscle toning for the whole body using weights, bands and bars.
CARDIO SCULPT: Combination of cardio, sculpt and core intervals and circuits.
CORE: A quick fitness 'attack' for the abs and back.
CARDIO KICK BOX: Non-contact choreographed cardio kickboxing with abs.
PILATES: Pilates mat exercises for the 'core,' abs, back and hips.
YOGA: Traditional Hatha Yoga postures, breathing and meditation
ZUMBA: Dance fitness classes set to Latin and international music.
Athletic shoes required for all classes except Pilates and Yoga.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and in person in the Physical Education Office, 200 Barnard Annex. Full payment is required when the appointment is made. Cash or check only.
