In Person Registration for Spring 2012 in Studio 2, Basement of Barnard Hall:
THURSDAY, JANUARY 26TH 4PM - 6PM
FRIDAY, JANUARY 27TH 9AM - 11AM
Classes meet in Studio 2 from Jan. 30th - April 20th.
Programs are open to Barnard Students, Barnard Faculty, Barnard Staff, CC/SEAS/JTS Undergrads and Barnard College Alums with a Sports Facilities Pass.

Muscle toning for the whole body using weights & bands. Please wear sneakers.

Non-contact cardio kickboxing with abs. Please wear sneakers.

Pilates mat exercises for the 'core,' abs, back and hips. Socks or barefeet.

ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE Small Group Class $60

Learn how to move with lightness, ease and freedom using verbal and hands-on cues to prevent unconscious habits of tension. Meets in the FITbear Room.
AERIAL FITNESS Small Group Class $60

4 Sessions: February 7, 14, 21, 28
Master new skills on static trapeze and aerial silks. Upper body strength and climbing skills a plus. Meets in Studio 2.
ADULT CPR $50
FIRST AID $50

American Red Cross Lifesaving courses. Adult CPR includes breathing and heart emergencies. First Aid includes muscle, bone and soft tissue injuries. Participants get a certification card.

Learn how to teach aerobics, kickbox, step and sculpt classes including class design, cueing, choreography, and music.

Massage Therapy
Enjoy a relaxing session with a licensed massage therapist. Meets in the FITbear room in the basement of Barnard Hall.
Cost: 30 minutes session $35, 45 minute session $50, 60 minute session $65
Hours available: Wednesdays 6-9pm
Personal Training
Let our trainers help you design your exercise program. Meets in the Weight Room in Barnard Hall.
Cost: 30 minutes session $35, 45 minute session $50
Hours available: Varies by trainer
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and in person in the Physical Education Office, 200 Barnard Annex. Full payment is required when the appointment is made. Cash or check only.
General Rules
- You must be registered to participate.
- You are not admitted more than 5 minutes late.
- Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
- Bring a plastic water bottle. No glass bottles please.
- Bring your ID to all classes.
